At what time I can arrive at the hotel?

Check-in is from 13.00 and up to 17.00 hours.
We kindlly ask to inform us about your arrival time.
After 17.00 you can access the hotel with an access code that will be sent before your arrival.
For any particular request you are kindly requested to contact our staff who will be happy to help you.

Can I deposit my luggage at the hotel?

Of course, our guests can leave their luggage at reception if the arrival time is prior to check-in and so after check-out.

At what time do I have to leave the room the day of departure?

The room must be vacated at 10.00 am on departure day.
You ‘can deposit your luggage at the reception for free.

What kind of breakfast is offered and at what time?

The breakfast buffet is served from 8.00 to 10.00.
You will find your reserved table corresponds to your room number.

Do you offer services for celiac?

Certainly, we invite you to inform us about your food intolerances / allergies when you make the reservation, so that we can provide foods strictly gluten-free

Which credit cards are accepted ?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, ATM. The American Express card is NOT accepted.

What currency do you accept?

Only Euro are accepted. A few steps away there are ATM and currency exchange.

What Include the prices of the rooms?

Room prices include a buffet breakfast, Wi-Fi in the room and throughout the building, and the VAT (the Venice city tax is excluded).

How much is the City tax ?

The City of Venice has established the City tax / Touristic Tax.
The tax is to be paid directly at the hotel reception in cash .
The amount due for our Hotel is Euro 1.60 per person per night (for adults and children over 16 years) and is due only for the first 5 days of stay.
The boys between 10 and 16 years of age have a reduction of 50% and are exempt from paying the children under 10 years.

Is Internet free?

The Internet Wi-fi is free. You will find the login and password information at the reception and in your room.

Are cots available for children? Is it there a supplement for it ?

Cots are available upon request and are free.

Are pets allowed?

Only small pets are allowed, however, we require to inform us when booking if you wish to travel with your four-legged friends

Are there non smoking rooms?

Yes, all our rooms are non-smoking. Those who want to smoke can do so in our private courtyard.

In the rooms, is it there a direct telephone line?

Yes, all rooms have direct-dial phone.

Is it there air conditioning in the rooms?

All rooms are equipped with individually controlled air conditioning and is included in the price.
The rooms also have a ceiling fan.

Is it possible to have lunch or dinner at the hotel?

We have a restaurant that is open only for lunch every day from 12.00 to 15.30.
In the evening we are closed. Close to us you will find some restaurants in Murano also open for dinner.

Is Murano connected day and night in Venice?

Yes, the boat connections are active 24 hours on 24 to and from Venice.
The stop in Murano Faro, a short walk from our hotel, is served by the 4.1 / 4.2 and Night Murano lines departing from Fondamenta Nove, only 10 minutes by boat from us.
